    Because of the financial crisis, the Chinese government has chosen to develop new energy industry to promote economy. Thus, the Ministry of Finance, Science and Technology Ministry, and National Energy Department published the Notification of Implementing Golden Sun Demonstration Project on July 16, 2009. Then Golden Sun Demonstration Project Interim Measures for Financial Assistance was published. The government decided to give financial support; technology support and market pull should be used to speed up the development of PV power industrialization on a large scale.     "China Solar PV Conference and Exhibition", organized by the Chinese Renewable Energy Society PV Association every two years, is the most authoritative and professional Photovoltaic Conference and Exhibition. It has been considered as a wonderful opportunity for PV companies to display brands, expand trade channels, seek opportunities for cooperation, and seize the market dynamics, and it provides a platform for communication within the industry.     In response to the market demand and the proposals and requirements of major members of China Renewable Energy Society Solar PV Committee, the committee decided to work with Jiangsu PV Industry Association, Jiangsu Provincial Municipal Government, Nanjing Municipal Government to organize "2010 The 11th China Solar PV Conference and Exhibition". It will be held in Nanjing from the 18th to the 20th November 2010. It will function as a large promotion channel for photovoltaic technology and industrial development. To achieve our common goal, we welcome you, our photovoltaic industry colleagues, to take part in this event!

    The 11th China Solar Photovoltaic Conference and Exhibition will be held in Nanjing International Expo Center from the 18th to the 20th of November 2010. During the conference and exhibition, new progress in research and application of China Solar Photovoltaic will be introduced and new technologies, products and materials of PV will be exhibited. The conference will focus on the of following nine topics: (1) Basic research, new devices (including dye-sensitized solar cells), new materials and new concept solar cells; (2) Crystalline silicon solar cells and materials technology; (3) Silicon base-thin film solar cells and materials technology; (4) CIS、CdTe and other III-V chemical compound Thin-film Panel and materials technology, space solar cells; (5) PV modules, equipment and Components manufacture; (6) PV systems, balance subsystem grid-connected and project technology; (7) PV industry, PV marketing and policy rule; (8) PV standards; (9) PV credit investment, taxation and financing. During the conference several special workshops will also be arranged.

Paper Topics

    Paper topics include all related research on PV industry and the effective utilization of PV products. Contributions from scholars, enterprise's R&D and production as well as PV policy makers are welcome. Paper mainly covers the following areas:
